HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

My Heart is so thankful, especially at this time of the year, for you and for your faithfulness in listening to and supporting MUSICAL MEMORIES. Believe me when I say I could not take the 'gospel around the world' without YOU!  I do have a THANKSGIVING CD available; please let me send a complimentary CD of the traditional Thanksgiving songs that we so love

As you know, MUSICAL MEMORIES is no longer on Sky Angel television but it still is on their radio channel, SACRED FAVORITES which airs MUSICAL MEMORIES on Sunday evening at 8:30 EST. Perhaps it did not occur to me to let you know about the Sky Angel radio network which has aired the program for many years. I am grateful that you can still sing along with me on radio. 

George and I just returned from Denver where I did a Senior Banquet for First Church of the Nazarene in Denver. What a wonderful time! Everyone was so kind and appreciative of the old songs. As one person said to me, "They really tug at your heart strings and bless the soul with much encouragement!"

And we never get tired of looking at the snow-covered mountains with their majesty which surround Denver and Colorado Springs. They stand as a testimony to our great Creator who 'pushed' them up so many years ago. Since we were there, we thought it a great time to visit the 'Garden of the Gods', Rocky Mountain National Park, and Estes Park. 

The leaves are falling this dark, chilly day here in the Midwest and it does look as if winter will soon be here. Before long the snow will be flying here in Chicago. 

Recently I was contacted by several local access channels, one in Winona, Minnesota, also York, PA wanting to air the program. A local residents had contacted them and ask to consider airing the program. That is all that it took to start airing the program in Winona, MN and York, PA!  If you have an access/cable network in your area and want to give them a call, perhaps they would be interested in airing MUSICAL MEMORIES.  I will be glad to send the  DVD's monthly to their station without charge. 

I have been told that several other networks air the program on the satellite and as soon as I know for sure where you can tune in, I will let you know. I so appreciate your faithful listening to the old songs that we sang together on the program. 

Thanks again for being so faithful in your support for MUSICAL MEMORIES, for listening and watching the "OLD SONGS OF THE FAITH" that I like to call MUSICAL MEMORIES. Be sure and let your local station know that you enjoy the program (it does make a difference).
